Our mission is to make athlete well-being a priority for Obstacle athletes nation wide. All athletes deserve to participate in Obstacle Sports free from bullying, hazing, sexual misconduct or any form of emotional or physical abuse.
USAOCR subscribes to the World Obstalce SafeSport Code, policies of the IOC SafeSport and U.S. SafeSport. We require all coaches, trainers and members of USAOCR governance, including the officers, directors, committee chairs and committee members to be U.S. SafeSport trained.
Once completed, the SafeSport Trained educational requirement is valid for 2 years. A refresher course will be offered every 2 years to maintain your SafeSport Trained requirement.
